I recently received an email inviting me to join the closed beta for Muse. I eagerly filled out the form and accepted the invitation, but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to access the platform yet. When I visit “https://muse.unity.com/”, I still see the familiar message: “You’re on the Muse closed beta waitlist, please hang tight! We’re working hard to scale the beta program and roll it out to more people. Please read about the AI program for details and updates.”
I’m hopeful that the support team will come across my message and be able to assist me in resolving this matter.

Hi @garvitbhardwaj12 - I can see that you have been invited, could you please share a few more words on what it is that is not working?
Have you signed up for the ai-beta list with the same email as your unityID? If not, please change it so they match the ai-beta list invited email and let me know if that resolves the issue.

Thank you for your guidance! I have successfully addressed the access issue. Following your advice, I cleared my cookies, attempted the process again, and this time it worked seamlessly, despite the email being previously validated.
