Invoice Numbers missing from purchase history list

When going to the Credit Card / PayPal link option under my Asset store account I noticed that starting from June all of the Invoices are missing their Order or Invoice Number.
I sent an email to the sales support team and what I got back was:

"We apologize for the inconveniences and thank you for your feedback, we will recommend our asset store team to implement this since this option its not available at the moment, we also would like to ask you to submit your suggestion through this link so other users can support it.

So…honestly Unity, this is a bug and not something new to implement.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Same problem, no invoice numbers since 6/1

Yep same here and some assets such as Opsive TPC require the invoice number to download the latest source files.
Come on Unity this is unacceptable. Please get this sorted ASAP

I had the same problem, they no more show invoices due moving to new assetstore.

You’d think with all of the money assets generate they’d figure this out quick. Who wants to wait for an email from Unity to get support. I sent an email about this almost a month ago with no response. I am lucky I keep all of my old emails with the order numbers on them; what a crock…

That is strange, most of the time my emails to support been answered within 1-8 hours.

Yeah, I was kind of disappointed. I used their main site response form, instead of an email, maybe that’s why. I opened a couple of suggestions about the issue on the suggested link above. Hopefully they’ll work it out before too long. I’m still buying the assets I need regardless, so I guess they have the ace in the hole so to speak.
It’s okay, I still think Unity is the best thing since sliced bread.

So … the system switched from a 9 digit invoice number to a 14 digit order number …?

You can see the order numbers on the new asset store, and the invoice numbers on the old asset store, but neither store shows both.

5 or 6 months later… still no fix…

for new purchases. old AND new store don’t show invoice number.
And I got no purchase email…

And the issue still persist on my part :(, have sent unity support the e-mail.

ummm, really? I get an email invoice within minutes of purchase, even yesterday.
If I didn’t I sure would have noticed cause I save, print and file them all.
One thing maybe, they don’t seem to come until I download it though, not just import.
Haven’t really tested that, since I almost always do, asap.

Can confirm that this is still an issue as I just discovered it. Invoices are missing, purchase dates are incorrect, invoice links go to 404, pagination doesn’t go far enough back unless you enter the page number manually in the URL. It’s a mess really. Any word on fixing this?

Hello from the end of 2022, half of my recently purchased assets have had no invoices generated.

May be invoces will appear later. But 30 min since purchase there is no invoices
