I have a similar problem, like AlexeyOA, we sent a letter with an invoice on July 10, and there is still no answer.
But the main problem is that the previous payment, which was due on the 10th of July + - 3 days (the letter was sent on June 9), too, did not come, but the answer on this letter came, and the estimated payment date was approved.
Me too, the payment request is not processed for 13 days, and the money with a due date of July 12th is not received too. I’m getting mad.

I can confirm the same thing.
I’ve sent a payment request more than 2 weeks ago, but current balance on the UnityAds dashboard haven’t changed.
It’s stated that this should take 2-3 days to process a request and update current balance so I could see any changes.
Also nobody answered my previous email requests.
I’m in the exact same spot.
I don’t mind the lack of a response, I just hope it doesn’t effect the payout date
