iOS Black Box Font

Hey guys, I am trying to get my font to display in my GUI on the iPod Touch 1st Gen, and it only displays my font as black boxes for any font size over about 50… I need a font to be 80 but I keep running into this problem.

It works fine for all of the other generations except the 1st gen…
