iOS Build is stuck attempting to clone repository

I am trying to run my first build on iOS, however I had to cancel the process after 30 minutes.
The log messages showed that it was stuck attempting to clone the repository.

Could you help me with this?

Unity: 2022.3
Gitlab hosted from my University

Everything builds well locally and when pulling the repo to an empty folder.

There may be a firewall through your University hosted GitLab. If that is the case then the University would need to poke a hole in the firewall for our IP Addresses. You can open up a support ticket to get some more help on this.
