IOS Build not Working

I am trying to get my project on my iphone. When i get to xcode i can run it and it install on my phone but when it opens the screen goes grey and crashes. I just wondering if this is because i am using a free Developer account or if there is something im doing wrong. Here is what xCode console shows when app crashes.

That’s likely because of a bug in Unity 2019.3.x or in iOS 13.4.

Meanwhile downgrading to Unity 2019.2 solves the problem.
