IOS Glow shader?

Hi guys,

Quick question, does anybody know where can I find a “Glow” shader like the one on the image effects pack but for mobile devices?

One of the Unity guys Ole, posted a package that contains a bloom effect shader for the iOS. Note that AngryBots has one.
