iOS Icon, import at size x?

Hi there,
My icon, for the iPod, does not look sharp. I am unsure what to import as? I did import 57x57, but set it to 64. I suppose that may be the incorrect logic right there, but I also imported 72 and 114.

Import at the correct pixel sizes, set the importer to Advanced and turn off Power of 2. Don’t use compression.

Yes, as listed in the Player settings. The HD one is 144. Pity it doesn’t follow the pattern of the others and say 144.

So which is for what?
144 iPad3
72 any iPhone or iPod with retina?

114 (57 * 2) retina iPhone
72 iPad
144 (72 * 2) retina iPad

Great. Thank you very much. One more thing. I am unsure if I am going to do a universal or a regular and an HD build. If universal, do you include each and Unity decides which icon to use?
