We had an issue last week where test ads would not show on Android or iOS. Android had been archived in the IronSource backend which we fixed.
However, we cannot seem to fix iOS. The debugging we have done has indicated that the reason is that no ad is available which seems strange since test ads should always be available. We have tried builds that worked before, but they no longer work which indicates that the problem is in the backend somewhere. What makes it even stranger is that according to IronSource, someone recieved an ad during the weekend, but we do not know why or who received it.
In such case, it’s more account/appkey configuration relevant, we’d suggest you to file a case here to our support team, They will assist you to fix it.
We contected them a week ago without any answer.

It seems like my coworker who sent the ticket did not get a varification email or ticket number. I did send a new ticket yesterday where I received a varification email and ticket number.
After much searhing it was discovered that for some reason the Meta configuration was no longer valid, we configured Meta again and it has been working since.
