iOS Splash screen issues

Am trying to do something nice with our splash screen:

TM3 SplashScreenWrong

I really want the splash screen to be stretched across the whole screen (image is 2048 x 1536, same as the iPad it’s running on). At the moment the splash screen is only shown in the centre of the screen so when it loads up to our first scene and does get properly stretched, it looks a little bit wrong.

Any advice on how I can fix this?

What are your current splash screen settings?

Thanks for the reply, here are my current splash screen settings, have tried other settings but this seems to get the closest to filling up the whole screen:

I use the Launch Screen setting ‘None’ and only use the Legacy Launch Images as I’ve had problems with the other settings.

my way:

• iphone & ipad lauch screen set default.
• legacy lauch images: only select Mobile Splash Screen*, other don’t select.
