I have ios 5 and the latest xcode beta and it builds and runs fine.

Anything that runs now gives no indication about the future.
Apple has a solid track record of postphoning breaking changes in XCode and the Linker to the GoldMaster of a new iOS release without any warning or anything upfront.
Thats why iOS 4.3 broke Unity titles too, during the beta and even the release candidates all was fine, on the gold master and release of the SDK it was all broken
One issue that we’ve noticed is the keyboard on iPad not registering as hidden if it is undocked. This is an issue if you are trying to keep the keyboard up and a user hides it after undocking.
