IPhone doesn't use same UI as in Game view in Unity

I am using the new unity 4.6 beta to make the GUI. I made a menu, and when i change the resolutions it changes the sizes of the buttons to fit the resolution and size and everything. I make everything work how it should in Unity. But suddenly when i compile it for my phone everything is messed up, the buttons are overlapping. What can i do to fix this?
