Is it possible to build an iphone app on windows with unity free? 
You can’t build iPhone apps on anything with Unity free. You need the Unity iOS Basic or Pro license, and a Mac (since Unity outputs an XCode project, and XCode doesn’t exist on Windows). This has been covered numerous times; please do a search first.
