Is Unity3d banned by new Apple SDK licence?

I recently read this comment on a Gamedev group...

I looked at Unity and was impressed. However, Steve Jobs no longer will allow any framework to be used with games, no code generators, etc. Not even native code generators. So I don't know if Unity will be allowed any more.

What is the scoop on this?

Yes, it's allowed. 2.6 and 3.0. Google 'apple' and 'unity3d' I'm sure you'll find some articles on it.
