How can i make my game more fast?
how much polys i can use?
draw calls how much?
shaders and shadows i can use?(reflective shaders)
there are no shadows on mobile
and the rest: that depends on the game, the scene and setup, there is no answer to it. you will have to try out and work on making it faster if it is too slow
You can’t get an answer before you give more information about your game.

That breakdown is right, though the 25% faster cpu in the itouch 2nd gen does not really give it much of an edge as the relevant resources are still equally limited: RAM - VRAM - GPU performance.
Only if you do heavier physics / collision / AI or push more drawcalls you get to feel the difference, otherwise its less likely (and thats not that common as you won’t go with that heavy games to pre 3GS anymore nowadays if you support them at all. Apple stopped doing so and its a matter of time before ARMV6 is completely disallowed from approval)
