What version should i get iphone basic or iphone pro, is there much of a diffrence?
Unity iPhone does not get GI calculation in beast, has no umbra (occlusion culling), has no stripping, no VCS support, no render textures and is lacking a few other things.
more new things might also be pro only.
though if you get pro, don’t forget that you also need to buy unity pro to be able to buy iphone pro (iphone is only an addon)
Besides what dreamora said, the Unity logo will be your splash screen in Basic as a requirement! I don’t mind this because Unity Basic is worth its wait in gold for $400 I believe. If you don’t want the logo you have to by Unity Pro + Unity iPhone Advanced like dreamora said.
