Ive just gone trough the FPS-tutorials and the scripting-tutorial, and gotten the hang of some of the concepts of scripting for Unity.

Now Im trying to get the hang of the differences in scripting between unity and unity iphone.

For that reason Im starting with Sojourner Mobile’s Unity-Iphone-newbie-tutorial, and plan on moving on to Penelope afterwards (a bit too hefty to begin with).

I just want to get a general idea before I move on about what API’s differ. Is it right to assume that most if not all has to do with user input, utilizing IPhoneInput and IPhoneTouch-classes?

Take for instance the function OnMouseMove(). What is the corresponding function for that function? Ive been trying to find some sort of comparative list between regular unity functions and the functions for iphone, but cant find anything useful. Is there such a comparative list?

Yeah most of it is the iPhone classes and not accessed through the mono OnX events. OnMouseMoved would correlate to tracking a Touch.deltaPosition in a while/for loop. I don’t think there’s a built-in iPhone method (but maybe I missed it).

Another thing is the fact that the iPhone screen can be rotated.

Ok. id love a quick-reference for the OnX-methods, and as I start reading the Penelope-tutorial now Ill see if I can figure out the corresponding code for each of these and post them here.

## UNITY vs UNITY IPHONE
