Ipi soft 3 mocap to Unity

Hello!

So I have been trying out this mocap animations, using ipi soft 3. Ipi soft comes with default rig, motionbuilder, 3dsmax (I think it wasnt any more) , Unity should be able to understand this but when the animations is imported they look weird, legs move wrong and fingers are twisted. When I go into the animation avatar the skeleton is green and it looks fine…

How do I get mocap animations to work right?
If I want to sell them on the store they need to work.
It dosent mather if I clean up in IKinema and export as FBX or any other format, looks still weird. I have tried it all…

are you using a separate T-pose model for avatar definition?

it happens with mixamo, that the animations get messed up, if avatar is created from the animation model, not a T-posed default model.

or, I’ve seen similar things (legs moving wrong) when the T-pose is facing opposite direction than the animation.

No I have only recorded the mocap with start in a T-pose, or actually all models is imported in unity with a T-Pose that I use if you mean that with avatar def?
