Is anyone alive at Unity sales?

I’ve been trying to contact Unity sales North America for about a month now, with no response.

Online contact forms go unanswered. Emails to the general NA sales account are a black hole. Direct emails to Vanessa Martinez likewise disappear into the aether.

Is it just me having this problem? Has Unity3D sales been hit by a particularly virulent strain of ebola?

To add to the joy, the address listed for EU sales bounces. emea_sales@unity3d.com is useless.

Hi Angry-Moose,

This has recently changed, we decided to split up the sales contact list for EMEA and U.S, this has caused the bounce of new emails, we are getting this fixed now. Sorry for your bad experience.

How about Canada? I’ve also been trying to contact sales for about a month. Is there an email address or phone number I can use to actually talk to someone?

I’ve been trying to contact sales with for a week now as well. I’m getting asked about it daily since there is a new project potentially needing it. Is there an e-mail that’s actually being monitored somewhere? Or a phone number? I haven’t found any numbers anywhere.

Can anyone provide an update on this? Are there new contact details that should be available somewhere? I’ve been waiting for several weeks now and still haven’t heard from anyone.

I’m having the same problem. Nobody every responded to the sales request I submitted online, and there’s no phone number to call.
