Is Cloud Build dead?

If you go the the feedback section in cloud build, you will see that there is nothing planned, nothing started, nothing new in review and the last feature that was completed was in Jan 26, 2016, almost 2 years ago.

@David-Berger Is there no development on cloud build anymore? Or is the feedback section being ignored?

I don’t think it is dead. they’re also not responding probably due to holiday season.
Anyways they only recently moved cloud build into the whole new “Teams” feature and changed the pricing and everything.

I get all these weird errors and issues trying to just use the website.

It is a shame if it is dead, it has so much potential.

I had to give up on it and set up a Jenkins server to do CI/CD. This was such a PITA, I would gladly get rid of it and switch back to unity cloud build if I could.

No, Unity Cloud Build is not dead. We’ve done a poor job of keeping the feedback site update obviously, but we still have a full team committed to improving/expanding Cloud Build.

That is a relief. Is there any way to keep up with development? blog? maybe you could take a look at the feedback site and update it?

We do typically post something on the official Unity blog for larger features (ex: https://blogs.unity3d.com/2017/10/10/git-lfs-support-in-cloud-build/), but ya we should be doing a better job with the feedback site. Will get that looked at.
