Is hiding unity splash screen against unity license?

We all know that we cannot edit splash screen in unity until we buy a paid plan. But can anyone point me out specific points in license which stops us from doing this if we find a “creative” method to hide the splash screen without buying license.

I was searching for something today and ended up on a conversation which asked this and I found few points myself. But if someone knows which points makes most sense and stops you from doing this, can you share them?

I think that would still be against the terms and conditions because it’s like cheating to avoid paying money.

I think we have a misunderstanding because of how I framed the question. Be assured I know that it is against the terms, I just wanted someone to give me some bullet points in T&C which I can use to describe someone that why it is illegal.

Unity does allow you to edit the splash screen even in the free version. Here is how you can do it Customize splash screen on Free Unity Version - YouTube As for removing it is concerned, I wouldn’t do it. There might be a single line somewhere deep inside the documentation, that can be used to sue you later if your game succeeds.
