Is it important check "Release" in publish settings ?

I don’t know why but i use 2022.3.8f version and when i use google admob package for ads, it works in editor but dosent work on playstore. Many research i found an issue about google admob initialize method cant call in start method.
So someone said uncheck “Release” and publish this way. When i use that ads are work well but that’s the manin question appear…

Is it important to check “Release” for build ?

And please someone answer how can i show ads clearly ?

As far as I know, Unity Ads doesn’t have such requirements, as for Admob, I would encourage you to ask Admob support directly.
