Is it possible a "rotoscope" with gradients shader?

I’m not familiar with Unity shaders. I’d like to know if the effect above could be achieved in 3D objects, i.e., objects with only gradients inside its silhouette, gradients that doesn’t change no matter the angle you see it…

Definitely… just lerp between two colors based on the UVs
