Is it possible to change the menu bar?

I was just wondering if there was a way to add stuff to the menu bar? (the thing at the top of the screen on a mac)

We’re developing a standalone editor app with Unity. I want to add menus and submenus like “MenuItem” on Unity Editor but in standalone build. Can we do that?
