Is it possible to clip or discard pixels using Shader Graph?

Can be Shader Graph used to make something like the Depth Mask or is it possible only thought a CG shader script?

You can discard pixels by using the alpha clipping feature in Shader Graph. Set the alpha of any pixels you want to discard to a value below or equal to the alpha clipping threshold, and it will discard them. A clipping threshold of 0 works fine.
