Is it possible to control which models fade on user movement?

Hey all,

I have two seperate scenes, both using an unbounded volume camera. In one scene it seems like models will fade as the user moves and in the other scene the model will not fade at all regardless of how quickly the user moves. The scene which doesn’t fade actually requires models to fade as the user is completely immersed in a room, where as the scene where the models don’t fade, fading isn’t actually required. What is it that actually affects this behaviour? There’s no difference in setup between the two scenes.
