Is it possible to do a real Time video capturing?

Hi all,
Can we do real-Time video capturing(with device Camera & not the Game’s Main Camera) using Unity -3D, if yes can you direct me to some link, i have seen lots of answers from forum but none of them were satisfying. I am talking about Iphone or Android Phones.
