I know it’s possible to export small chunks, but is it possible to export the entire of Google Earth?Is this possible? If so, how, and would it retain it’s spherical shape, or turn into a flat world?
If it was possible it’s not a good idea. It is a LOT of data. As for retaining spherical state, probably not as the data is stored in chunks. Besides that, it’s a violation of Google’s user agreement to download and save their data locally. However, you could look at Open Street Maps as an alternative and their database is freely available to download (it’s 39 GB though):
