Is it possible to fast track asset publishing for critical fixes?

I’ve had an asset in the review process for about 6 days now and it contains a critical fix and without this fix the asset is not working for people on the asset store.

The asset is VRTK: Unity Asset Store - The Best Assets for Game Making

And the issue was caused by a dependency on SteamVR Unity Plugin as they went from version 1.1.0 to 1.2.0 and changed their API without deprecating the old methods (methods which VRTK relied upon).

As soon as the issue arose it was quickly patched and pushed to github and pushed to the Unity Asset Store for approval.

However, because there doesn’t seem to be anyway of fast tracking critical fixes on the Unity Asset Store it means the asset is currently in a broken state.

There doesn’t seem to be any way of contacting anyone at Unity to try and resolve the issue, so I was wondering if anyone knows of anything that can be done?

Thanks a lot!

You can upload it again, but the asset will jump back to the queue’s end.

Why would I upload it again if it’s just going to go to the back of the queue?

I’m trying to find out if there is a fast track for critical fixes (like there is on the Apple store approval system)

any help @Buhlaine or @aliceingameland

I mean upload again the fixed version, but now I get it… misunderstood at first

Provide it offline to the customers who have already purchased the asset - with proof of purchase, and just wait for the fix to be updated in the store.
