Is it possible to increase automatically "Maximum available servers"

Hi folks,

Regarding this post .
Fleet => Scaling settings => “Maximum available servers” can it be increase automatically?

Also, how to change the server status from “allocated” to “available”?
Because matchmaker doesn’t assign players to “allocated” servers.
So, I don’t want to server to shut-down. I want to use matchmaker to assign players to the available servers.

I’m not familiar with Matchmaker but you can deallocate servers with the Multiplay Lifecycle API
