By now I have my game in closed alpha in Android app store, I wonder if it would be possible to launch Gmail App when the game finishes, so the player could send me feedback and also (if possible too) auto-add the debug.log file to the email. It would be great to set my email on recipient, title etc by default. So the player only would have to write the feedback and press Send. Thanks.

Give a try with any email plugin (we have one which offers this feature in our free version) under Sharing Services. You can send a mail with body and attachments of your choice. However, its not specific to gmail alone but you can pick any email client.
Alternatively, for this kind of use-case, we suggest go for a better solution where you can track and manage the bugs/features easily with Reporting Kit. If you are already using trello, this lets you to let your testers report directly to trello or Jira.
