Hello everyone. Is It possible to make an unity multiplayer online game for free, making me or an player the host of the server?
I use Mirror, It works just like Unet so all the tutorials are cross compatible, and Unet projects can be converted by changing name spaces.
You can make a free multiplayer game as mirror is free. but it will need someone to host (like minecraft) or a dedicated server.

Sorry to say, the answer is no. Because Unity doesn’t offer any free plan of Unity networking. Well, there is a free plan showing that we can get 20CCUs but the fact is that they are only for development purposes. If you want to go live, you will need to have a pro subscription.
I am angry about this. I searched up in google and came here and decided to tell that we have no place to make multiplayer games for free. So we gotta wait until it is completely free.
