I’ve recently added two resources (FBX files) with 10+ animations each. The files were saved on a thumb drive believing they’d be safer there than on the computer and needless to say the thumbdrive was destroyed earlier today when a co-worker backed over it (fell out of my pocket while reaching for my keys to the car in the parking lot).
Anyways, I need to know is there a way to extract the models from a unitypackage that I have created that contains both models? Or am I SOL?
easy to extract it. Import the package and ding there is the fbx in the projects assets folder (wherever you import it to in detail / exported it from in detail)
Package always contain the real file, not the imported cache
