Is it too soon to upgrade a mobile URP project from 2020 LTS to 2021

Hi all,
I don’t want to worry about my mobile project’s (with URP) performance. However, now it works at the edge (14-16 fps on an average machine)
And 2021 offers better URP performance.
What do you think should I believe it and change my project (60% completed) to 2021?

I don’t think so! I upgraded my project and the performance difference is seen by naked eye.
