Is my GPU DX11 acceptable?

I have an ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics card and my computer has DX11 but on unity it says DX11 on DX10 GPU so is there something I can do to get rid of the message or do I need to get a new graphics card?

ATI Radeon HD 3200 only supports DirectX10.

I have a similar issue. When I run dxdiag, It says that I have dx11, but unity says that I am using dx11 on a dx10 GPU.
