Is pro or plus as laggy as personal?

Hey,

I installed unity personal and Im trying to use it.
But everytime I switch from another window in windows 10 pro to the unity window, it takes a few seconds to “awake” from its “freeze”. This is pretty annoying. It also happens on an empty project.
I got a 16 core threadripper, 64gb ram and a 1060gtx. And the newest Unity and Windows versions.
Everything works perfect. Except unity.

So before I spend any money, I would like to know, if every version is so laggy?

Then I wait for a working version before I buy…
I tried the last 5 versions, but everytime the same problem…
If I try older versions I get many compile errors…
Updated every driver possible… Nothing helps
