Is Quest Handtracking Working already on PC for fast development iteration already?

Is Quest Handtracking Working already on PC for fast development iteration already?
Having to build each time i make a change to test the hand tracking is time expensive, i have seen there is ways to make it using an openXR app apart, but the question is about unity or meta sdk supporting it already?

With oculus integration it has worked for a while (I think the headset needs to be in developer mode for this to work)
Not sure about OpenXR

It works with OpenXR and Unity OpenXR hands package in dev mode.

Yes, works on both editor and build, but you need to run quest in dev mode and allow everything in oculus app. That should be enough.
