Is the explosion network or terrain toolkit free

I want to download these two unity extensions but unlike the other ones it doesn't say whether or not it is free. Please help me.

Almost positive it's free...

It's free. either that or it takes them a few years to bill you( just kidding. it's absolutly free. Have fun :p )
