Is there a bug in "freeform" 2D light in Unity 2020.3.48f1?

Hi, I’m on Unity version 2020.3.48f1. I’m on a project where I’m using Universal RP 10.10.1 for the lights, when I use the “Freeform” 2D light type I see that it disables when its position is no longer within range of the camera. (PHOTOS).Making a bad transition between lights. Please, I don’t know if this is a bug or something, but I need help. Thank you. (My PC uses DX10 but I am trying another PC with DX11 and the same thing)
