Ooops! It looks like my follow and lookat get wiped out when I enter playmode when a ConvertToEntity object is selected. Last thread I saw said this is in active development with no official date made public yet. Has there been any change since december 2019? (the date of the last official replay I could see on the topic)
Cinemachine can see objects with a Transform component. If you have a ConvertToEntity, then you must set it to “Convert And Inject” in order for the transform to be retained. Then Cinemachine should be able to see it.
And yes, there is a pure-DOTS version of Cinemachine in the works. It is still not ready to be made public. We’re aiming for a preview release for 2020.2.
