Is there a known problem with legacy RP, moving objects and shadow jittering?

I’ve seen this problem in lots of posts but none of them seems solved and I’m not sure if it’s a limitation of the legacy RP or something I’m doing wrong.

I have a 3D scenario with different moving objects and a directional light… When I rotate the camera the shadows jitter a little bit which is assumable. But without moving the camera the shadows jitter when some object In scene is rotating… it doesn’t happen if its a moving object like a car… which moves in one direction… but it happens with windmills and rotating objects over the buildings (like coins)

Any idea if this is a common problem with legacy RP or I’m doing something wrong?

Just found something interesting by chance… I had enabled the Receive shadows option inn the wings of the windmills… I disabled that and the jittering in the shadows around stopped… any explanation?
