I just want to know where can I get some ready made game character that has some basic movements like walking sitting ang jumping… thanks

Go to the Asset Store (Window->AssetStore). You have to subscribe yourself, then you could navigate it and search for assets ready-to-use. You have to buy them, generally, but you can also find something for free. If I remember well, there's also what you are looking for, in the second category.

You can import the default character controller package and use the 3rd person character controller asset.
