Is there a supported implementation of edge detection effect for mobile?

I’m trying to make it work for mobile, but the current Edge Detection Effect doesn’t work for mobile (hardware not supported)

although it says in the documentation it does: 1

I’ve tried many shaders with outline but they are not precise.

Hi. I am also trying to find a way to use edge detection which is mobile friendly. Until now i still cannot find a way. Have you had any luck?
