Is there a way to activate the Anti Aliasing on iPad?

Hello there,

Is there a way to activate the Anti Aliasing on iPad? I've seen it in a few other games, but even if I set this on the engine, I'm not having this result.

Thanks!

There is no hardware anti-aliasing on the iPad, so it can't be activated. I'm afraid you haven't seen it in any games, aside from whatever was built into the textures themselves. (Given the relative weakness of the chip compared to the display resolution, it's not something you'd want to activate even if it was possible anyway.)

If that is true then what are they talking about here

I know they are saying iphone - with the new update it shouldnt be long for the ipad.

Yes, you can do it in Unity 3.x, here is my test:

You can not see antialiased lines on video, but you can see speed difference. Search Unity forum.
