Is there a way to bake lightmapping so it looks like this?

I want to bake lighting on a scene, and I want to make the trees look like this:

Is that possible?

Maybe. I don’t know. What you should post is how your trees currently are looking to give people an idea of how far you are and what you might need to do to improve the look further. As far as I know it is common to tweak the normals for trees to make them be lit more realisticaly.
