I’d like to display a specific type of metadata as a column on the localization table view, instead of having to select each entry manually. Showing just the english metadata description would be fine.
Is there a way to do this?

At the moment this is not possible. It may be possible to do using the Unity Search Window and adding a custom column, I have not tried it myself though. We do have plans to improve the Table Editor Window in the future to allow for a lot more customization so ill make a note of this request.
