Is there a way to import a package to a specific folder ?

The problem is that if I will click now the Import button it will create this folders on the main Assets folder and will override already existing folders or will create them in the main Assets folder and it’s a mess.

I want them to be imported all under the folder Shooting

None that I know of. Pretty much every time I import a package, I move it to an “Assets/3rd Party” folder, to keep things organized. It’s a manual step, but the slightly good news is that usually importing an updated version of the asset will result in everything being installed/updated in the new location you placed it the previous time.

It would definitely be nice to have the option to install wherever. But I can understand why Unity doesn’t support that by default; I know that asset developers need to follow certain procedures to allow their assets to be used from anywhere. Some assets (like the Substance plugin) don’t work unless they’re installed directly into Assets. So maybe Unity doesn’t want to encourage that kind of practice. (Maybe Substance has updated their plugin by this point…)
