Is there a way to pass (La)TeX strings to a TMPro component?

I’ve been getting going with TMPro, and it seems great.

The one thing I can’t figure out is how I might use LaTeX typesetting with it, since I need to display some mathematical functions. The answer seems to be no, but all of the other threads and documentation I’ve been able to find are several years old.

If TeX isn’t supported, I’d love any news of it coming in a future version, or any workarounds folks may be using.

LaTeX is a markup language you need a system that understands it. I dont know if TMPro supports UTF8 but exporting your LaTeX as UTF8 might be your best bet. It may convert it with broken formatting and a limited symbol set though so maybe your best bet is just converting your latex document into an image and using it as a texture instead.
