it’s obvious the video you presented answers your question. Are there OSC frameworks for implementing OSC control? You only need to do a quick search to find there are many.

Try extOSC, it’s free on the asset store: https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/input-management/extosc-open-sound-control-72005

In ableton you can use the connection kit now to send osc out easily.
