Is there an issue with Windows Phone 8.1 and the standard shader in Unity 5 latest patch release?

I just did a test to migrate my game over from iPhone to Windows Store and I noticed that any material with the standard shader appears completely white. Is there a known bug with the Standard Shader for Windows 8.1 / Windows Store builds? If I switch the material to mobile diffuse, it seems to look fine.

The build is Windows Store apps in unity. The big character is with the standard shader. The little character is with mobile diffuse. If I switch the little one to standard shader, she becomes fully white like the big guy.

So the problem is in the editor, not on an actual device?
